Purpose of Engagement

This engagement supports the S/4HANA transformation of an investigative case management system (based on the ICM Investigative Case Management solution) by providing independent SAP Basis and technical administration expertise, including cutover coordination, go-live support, and operational stabilization.

Engagement Constraints

• Language: German (mandatory).
• Residency: Residency in Germany required for security reasons.
• Location model: Approximately 50% onsite in Munich.

(Note: The following task blocks are framed as outcome-based deliverables in line with SEW rules - the worker remains fully independent in method, manner, and timing of execution.)

Scope of Service - Tasks, Deliverables, Acceptance Criteria, SLAs Task 1 Release Cutover Documentation

1. Task (Outcome-Based Description)
Create flow and process documentation for customer releases, including cutover plans, operations manuals, and system documentation.

2. Deliverable (Concrete Output)
A complete documentation package per release comprising: cutover runbook, operations manual, and system documentation, in German.

3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)
Documentation covers all defined release steps, is version-controlled, and is confirmed by SAP as complete and technically accurate against the release scope.

4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing)
Delivered no later than 5 business days before the scheduled release/cutover event.

Task 2 Cutover Coordination for Customer Releases

1. Task (Outcome-Based Description)
Coordinate the execution of the cutover for customer releases across the application landscape.

2. Deliverable (Concrete Output)
A completed cutover with a documented execution record confirming all cutover activities were performed and closed.

3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)
All cutover checklist items are marked complete, systems are operational post-cutover, and the record is confirmed by SAP.

4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing)
Cutover completed within the agreed release window for each customer release.

Task 3 Go-Live Consulting and Support

1. Task (Outcome-Based Description)
Advise and support the go-live of the systems in scope (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, PO, NWDI, SLD, BO, NW Java systems, and Solution Manager).

2. Deliverable (Concrete Output)
Successfully productive systems at go-live, accompanied by a go-live support summary documenting issues identified and resolutions provided.

3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)
Systems reach productive status with no unresolved critical (P1/P2) issues attributable to the supported go-live activities, as confirmed by SAP.

4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing)
Support provided throughout the defined go-live period for each system.

Task 4 Technical Advisory for Development Centres

1. Task (Outcome-Based Description)
Advise development centres to clarify technical aspects of new developments (e.g., CRM/SLT+HANA, transport management via ChaRM/CTS+, authorization concepts).

2. Deliverable (Concrete Output)
Documented technical clarifications, recommendations, or decision records addressing the raised development questions.

3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)
Each clarification request is answered with a documented, technically sound response accepted by the requesting development centre / SAP.

4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing)
Clarification provided within 5 business days of each request.

Task 5 System Installation, Upgrade, and Configuration

1. Task (Outcome-Based Description)
Deliver installation, upgrade, and configuration of ABAP (and Java) systems, including client and system copies, across the landscape (CRM with SLT + HANA, S/4HANA, PO, NWDI, SLD, BO, Solution Manager).

2. Deliverable (Concrete Output)
Installed, upgraded, or configured systems/clients matching the agreed target specification, with a completion record per system.

3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)
Systems/clients are operational, meet the defined target release/configuration, pass functional verification, and are confirmed by SAP.

4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing)
Each installation/upgrade/copy delivered within the timeframe agreed per request.

Task 6 Documentation Maintenance

1. Task (Outcome-Based Description)
Maintain and adapt created documentation to reflect system and process changes.

2. Deliverable (Concrete Output)
Updated, current versions of system, operations, and process documentation.

3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)
Documentation reflects the current system state, is version-controlled, and is confirmed by SAP as accurate.

4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing)
Updated within 5 business days following the relevant change.

Task 7 Support for Daily Basis Operations

1. Task (Outcome-Based Description)
Deliver support for daily Basis operations, including user maintenance and administration in development environments, as well as performance optimization (CRM and Oracle basics).

2. Deliverable (Concrete Output)
Completed Basis operational tasks (e.g., user maintenance, performance tuning actions) with a summary record of activities performed.

3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)
Requested operational tasks are completed correctly, systems remain stable, and outputs are confirmed by SAP.

4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing)
Operational requests handled within the agreed response timeframe per request.

Task Coordination
Communication related to clarifying deliverables and receiving feedback will take place with the designated SAP contact person. The worker independently determines the method, manner, and timing of performing the work.
No instructions or supervision will be provided, in alignment with SEW engagement rules (see "Compliance Statement" below).

independently determines the method, manner, timing, and sequence of the work. SAP does not
provide instructions on how to perform the work and does not integrate the worker into internal
teams or operational processes. The engagement is limited to the defined deliverables, has a clear
