Job Description
We are seeking energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Picker / Packers to join our growing 2nd shift Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fulfillment team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Working directly under the leadership of our 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager, you will handle order picking, careful packaging, and preparation for carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx).

work hours: 1 PM - 10:30 AM

Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Locate, select, and retrieve items from warehouse shelving according to electronic or paper pick tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Packing & Preparation: Carefully pack products into shipping boxes or mailers using appropriate void fill to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for quality, correct quantity, and accurate labeling before sealing packages.
- Shipping Prep: Attach correct shipping labels, bar codes, and documentation for UPS and FedEx carriers.
- System Scanning: Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) terminals to log inventory movements and complete orders.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and company policies.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members and the 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager to reach daily order fulfillment goals (SLAs).
