Job Description

Early-career engineering role supporting pharmaceutical packaging and device assembly technical leadership. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing challenges, support product commercialization, and optimize packaging processes across global operations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of technical plans for device assembly, packaging, and product distribution
• Analyze data and participate in technical reviews to solve packaging and assembly problems
• Contribute to risk assessment, mitigation, and communication activities for platform components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging and assembly platforms meet safety and quality standards
• Support lifecycle management changes and technology transfers for platform equipment and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in packaging, mechanical, chemical, biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, chemistry, or related field
• Exposure to assembly, packaging, or manufacturing through coursework, internships, co-ops, or work experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ability to identify technical risks
• Technical writing and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, organize priorities, and follow through on commitments
• Demonstrated accountability for assignments and outcomes

Compensation: $71,900-$113,200 base
