Our client recently launched an automated tracking tool and needs a sharp, go-getter to help audit report data, identify tool errors, and ensure contract accuracy. Working closely with field teams to resolve discrepancies, you’ll act as the subject matter expert in correcting revenue transaction flows. Perfect for a candidate with intermediate Excel skills and a passion for data integrity looking to break into a premier organization. salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Determines the monthly revenue for clients using financial analysis and tools
- Tracks payments, ensures past-due amounts are communicated, and audits client payments against contracts and amendments
- Identify missing or inaacurate revenue & coordinate recoveries with field sales personnel and clients while serving as the primary subject matter expert for their portfolio
- Perform contract reviews for new accounts and validate revenue against newly executed agreements
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, generate reporting for internal business units, and collaborate with sales personnel and clients to make recoveries
Skills
- Excel Pivot Tables (1 year of experience is required)
- Vendor Statements (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Revenue Reports (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Revenue Analysis (1 year of experience is preferred)
